                                         Cinderella

There once lived a poor young girl named Cinderella who lived in a small cottage with her Father. One day her Father came home from getting a few groceries and came back  with an ugly person who would now be her Step Mother and another two horrid looking Step Sisters. Cinderella was astonished that her Father actually did this! But she was also pleased that there would be another person there to talk to.

The next day Cinderella was woken up by her mother and was told that during the night, her Father had suddenly died that night. Upset, Cinderella sobbed on her pillow for hours. After she had breakfast [ about 9:00 a.m. ] she was told to scrub the floor until she could see her face in it like a mirror. Three hours later,  Cinderella was told to do the laundry, dry it, fold the clothes and put it in the closet.  Finally she completed her tasks and fell straight asleep in her old, damaged, cheep mattress.  The next day she woke up to find  COLOSSAL list of jobs to do. When she was cleaning her mother called her kids and told them to get ready to go to the ball that the royal Prince. Cinderella whispered " Is there one for me?" . The three girls looked at each other and then looked back and shook their heads.

Once the three ugly people went to the ball, Cinderella crept up into the closets and made a fabulous dress out of some of their expensive, designer , amazing dresses that they had NEVER wore before. Whilst she was creating she found her pair of  glass slippers that her Father brought her for Birthday, when they did have some money. Quickly she fled out of her house to the ball to see weather the handsome  prince would see her.

About 5 minutes later, she arrived at the packed ball. The Prince was looking around for a girl to dance with and he caught a glimpse of Cinderella strolling around the ballroom so he decided to ask her weather she wanted to dance. Surprised , she replied yes. So they danced and danced and danced and danced and suddenly ... the clock struck 12:00 a.m. Cinderella thought her mother will notice she would be gone soon. She flew out the door and lost a glass slipper on the way out. She ran out all the way home and jumped into bed and slept.

The next day, the Prince came round the neighbourhood with the glass slipper and whoever the slipper fits, he will marry. A little while later he found someone who fitted in the shoe. A few minutes later a wedding ceremony started but near the end Cinderella appeared and she was wearing the dress she wore to the ball. Cinderella explained that she had to clean everything up. Now the Prince married Cinderella and they lived happily ever after!

                                                              Christmas poem.

Christmas time is a time to share,
With Christmas presents everywhere.
When Jesus came alive again,
And that's why we come together on this special day.

Jesus was born in the hay,
That's where he lay.
That's what makes the special day,
Called Christmas day.

Mary gave birth,
And later Jesus came back to Earth.
That was quite like re-birth,
Then he was back in heaven.

Thank you for reading the poem I just made up. NOTE: Some lines do NOT rhyme.

Chapter 1: Ben is chasing mice as usual then on the 19 of February 2014 he met a mouse called Jerry. Ben caught a glimpse at Jerry and of course he chased Jerry down the old, rusty, black and white road. He done it exactly every day for Ffffffive years!! WOW, The local butcher got fed up with them smashing the window all the time!!!!!!

Chapter 2: Do you know who the cats owner is? Well its Posh Ethan who thinks he is perfect but perfect is the wrong word for it ! Ethan is old, but he is  a billionaire person who owns a fabulous mansion!!  Well where he lives is haunted!!! The poor old man did not known that his cat is chasing a poor little mouse.

Chapter 3: Once he found his house was haunted he left with a dash and then went with his annoying cat to live by the countryside. The countryside was freezing like ice cubes, and Ethan sighed" Brrrrrrrr its really cold, how do you feel my little pussy!'' Next Posh Ethan pulled out a pair of battered mittens, an old scarf, a stripy hat (woolly), 2 long stripy jumpers (which his wife made him), some mittens for the cat and a stripy cat hat.

Chapter 4: Once the two cold men woke up they walked to the nearest shop to get some bread and milk!!! While being at the shop they saw a cat called Ben who's owner went to the country side then chucked Ben out a few days after he moved . They decided to adopt Ben so he had a new family . But Ben is now homeless and Jerry has a new family.

How to add extra detail in sentences.

                                                                 How to add extra detail.

Detail is when you add extra detail because you want the readers to know why the did it e.g "Chloe put her coat on because it was extremely cold outside in the park."
Extra detail is added to explain what your talking about. Explain is where you say about what happened informantly.  Read the sentence below and I spot where the extra detail and put it into one big sentence.

klara went to the park. it was sunny.

The much better sentence would be "Klara went to the park down the street and it was absolutely scorching weather with contented Kids playing everywhere.

In that sentence there was Extra detail, WOW Words, Speech Marks and capital letters for names of characters. When you read stories e.g  Goldie locks and the three Bears, have extra detail for  the readers to know that she did not have any old porridge she had the babies porridge. Stories like Jacqueline Wilson has WOW words to uplevel theire story. First the story book she wrote 'The Mum Minder' attracted me to read it because it had a great picture on the front and had a bold written title. This is what attracted me to the book. When your writing a report, a story or a news paper you need to add all the things that is on this blog and it will guaranty you you will have lots of reviews if it is published and soled.

Thanks for reading and hope you learnt lots BYE

My grandfather's clock was too large for the shelf

So it stood ninety years on the floor

It was taller by half than the old man himself

Though it weighed not a pennyweight more

It was bought on the morn of the day that he was born

And was always his treasure and pride

But it stopped, short never to go again

 When the old man died

Ninety years without slumbering

 tik,tlk,tik,tok

 His life seconds numbering

 tik,tok,tik,tok

It stopped, short never to go again

 When the old man died

My grandfather said that of those he could hire

Not a servant so faithful he found

For it wasted no time and had but one desire

At the close of each week to be wound

And it kept in its place, not a frown upon its face

And its hands never hung by its side

But it stopped short, never to go again

 When the old man died

It rang and alarmed in the dead of the night

An alarm that for years had been dumb

And we knew that his spirit was pluming for flight

That his hour for departure had come

Still the clock kept the time with a soft and muffled chime

As we silently stood by his side

But it stopped short, never to go again

 When the old man died

2008

                                                                     In 2008

In January 2008, Daley won the 10 m platform event at the British Championships to become the youngest winner of the senior British 10 m title.[10] He also won the 10 m platform synchro title with new partner Blake Aldridge.

Two weeks later, Daley won his first medals on the FINA circuit, winning a bronze in the individual platform competition and a silver in synchro at the Madrid Grand Prix.[11] Daley and Aldridge won bronze in synchro at the 2008 FINA Diving World Cup. Their score was a British record and Daley became the youngest ever male medallist in a world diving event.[12] Daley came seventh in the individual competition. In March 2008, Daley became the youngest person to win a gold medal at the European Championships, held in Eindhoven.[13] The previous youngest winner was the Scottish swimmer Ian Black, who won a European gold in 1958 at the age of 17.

Daley qualified for the 2008 Summer Olympics in the individual 10 metre dive competition and, following the retirement of 2004 silver medallist Leon Taylor, in the 10 metre platform synchro competition. It was initially claimed by the British media that in competing he would become the youngest-ever male British Olympian,[14] until it was ascertained that Ken Lester, cox to the rowing pair at the 1960 Olympic Games, had been 13 years and 144 days old at the time.[15] In the Olympic synchronised 10 metre platform competition, they placed 8th,[16] while in the individual 10 metre platform competition he finished 7th.[17]

A month after his appearance at the Olympics, Daley participated in the FINA Junior World Championships for the first time (being too young to enter before). He finished second in the category "B" platform competition (for 14- and 15-year-old boys) with 549.60 points, between China's Qiu Bo (551.85 points) and Wu Dongliang (474.00 points).[18] He came second in the 3-metre springboard competition in the same category with 485.25 points, sandwiched between the two Chinese divers, Wu Dongliang (510.25 points) and Wang Peng (470.40 points).

Daley won the 2007 BBC Sports Personality of the Year Young Personality award. He is considered a medal prospect for the 2012 Olympic Games in London, and is one of the British Olympians being tracked through the years leading up to London 2012 by the BBC television series Olympic Dreams. By April 2008 he was on British Diving's list of funded divers.[citation needed]
